Comfortable holiday home near Lake Tiken

Our dream of a house became our dream home.
Private holiday home, comfortable and renovated. You won't find a soberly furnished holiday home here, but a private residence, decorated with the
owners' personal touch. The house is located in southern Kronobergslän, near the border with Blekinge and just a few minutes from Tingsryd.
The house and its approximately 3000m² property offer plenty of space for relaxation and are surrounded by beautiful nature and a forest rich in wildlife.

The beautiful Lake Tiken is a 5-minute drive away. Here you can fish and swim to your heart's content, or spend a day at the Tiken Camping Resort,
which is not just open to guests.

Good fishing opportunities in the surrounding area and on the Baltic Sea coast.

The house offers 3.5 bedrooms. 1 on the ground floor with a double bed. 2 further bedrooms on the upper floor. On the left there is a double bed,
and on the right there is a room divided by a partition wall. In the rear area there is another double bed, and in the anteroom (through room)
there is another single bed.
There are also two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub on the ground floor and one with a shower on the upper floor.

You'll find a large, very well-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, induction stove, and a new oven,
as well as plenty of dishes and cutlery. A spacious dining area adjoins the open-plan kitchen.

The living/TV room is separate.

The utility room houses the heat pump and the washer/dryer.

Behind the house on the west side is a covered terrace, and on the south side is a large open terrace for relaxing.
Garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue are provided.

The house is located on a small forest road, not isolated, but tucked away and undisturbed. Perhaps 2-3 cars pass by here per day.

Blekinge's Baltic Sea coast is 30 minutes away.

Towels can be provided free of charge; bed linen is available for an additional charge.
