The lake is part of the Bergslags Canal, offering lovely boat trips to Ullvettern and Alkvettern. The fishing is excellent – pike, perch, and zander are plentiful (fishing license required and is easily bought).

The property includes a main cottage and a guesthouse, with a total of 8 comfortable beds across four rooms – ideal for two families or a larger group.

In the main cottage you’ll find:

• One with a sofa bed + two single beds – perfect for children or a whole family
• Spacious living room with high ceiling, fireplace, and large lake-facing windows
• Dining area with room for a long table – perfect for group meals
• TV with access to your own streaming services
• Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4–6 people
• Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet

The guesthouse includes:
• One larger room with a double bed and seating area
• One smaller room with bunk beds

In front of the house, you’ll find a large wooden deck with sun until evening – ideal for meals, coffee breaks, or relaxation. The large lawn invites fun and games. Highlights include:
