Welcome to Häradssätter Gård – a charming countryside farm just ten minutes from the sea in Valdemarsvik. Stay in a modern, fully equipped cottage in a peaceful natural setting, perfect for both holidays and remote work.

The cottage is set on a gentle slope with views of forest and open pastures where horses and goats graze. The farm is also home to chickens, peacocks, cats, and two friendly free-roaming dogs.

A quiet lake is just a short walk away – ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water.

Häradssätter is a great base for exploring Östergötland and northern Småland. Our two modern cottages are privately located yet within walking distance of the farm buildings. This cottage offers a more open view of the surrounding fields.

The cottage
Detached and comfortably furnished for both short and long stays. The ground floor features a spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a living room with TV. From here you access the furnished patio with barbecue and beautiful views.

Upper floor
Three bright bedrooms with a total of six beds, plus a reading corner and workspace. Fast Wi-Fi, Chromecast and air conditioning make the cottage ideal for both work and leisure.

Practical information
Dish soap, hand soap and an initial supply of toilet paper are included.
Bed linen and towels can be rented (150 SEK/person).
Final cleaning can be booked (2,000 SEK).

Available year-round. During summer (July–August) weekly bookings only, Saturday to Saturday. For stays longer than three weeks – please contact us for an offer.

During the low season (September–June), you can book per day or week and choose your arrival and departure dates.
During the high season (July–August), rentals are weekly only, from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Some flexibility may be possible for earlier check-in or later check-out.
Lower rates apply during the low season, while higher rates apply during the high season and public holidays.
