Large house, 1 bedroom (larger) with 1 double bed. 1 smaller bedroom, 2 x 90 beds. Living room: 1 larger and 1 smaller. Guest cabin with 1 double bed + bunk bed. (There are 2 camp beds if you want 2 additional places, though for somewhat lighter people. Fits in the large living room.)
Lovely large, sunny plot (1000+3000 m2) patio with outdoor furniture. (5 sun loungers, there is one bed cushion for the big one, please use your towels)
Beach with sandy beach Tingskullen, 3 km. Several of northern Öland's finest beaches are Byerum, Hagelstad (cliffs), Sandby, Böda Sand, Lyckesand.
Distance to Löttorp 9 km, Byxelkrok 2.5 km, Borgholm 3.5 km.
Restaurants: Lammet & Grisen and Lammets vineyard, Löttorp can be recommended. (11 km)
In Källa there is Ica, Ice cream bar, Farm shop about 3 km. Restaurant: Ninnis Kroppkaksbod, (Nationally known for her lovely Dumplings)
In Löttorp there is Ica (larger), restaurants, pastry shop, system company (during the summer) + other smaller shops.
Attractions: Nature reserve Högenäs Orde, Källa Gamla Kyrka. Trollskogen, Långe Erik, Borgholm castle ruins, Ramsnäs, Byrums raukar, Blå Jungfrun,

In November 2025, Borgholms Energi will introduce new waste sorting, there are now 3 waste bins at the property. More information is available in the house. 2 bins are emptied on Mondays of even weeks and 1 bin is emptied every 8 weeks. (Glass, metal and newspaper) Waste sorting at Ica Källa is still available if the bins are full, Löttorp will be the next closest sorting yard.

General rules apply regarding noise volume - respect neighbors.

Väldigt fint beläget, riktigt lantlig känsla och stora ytor för barnen att leka ute. ICA och gårdsbutik är väldigt nära. Väldigt stora sällskapsytor med vardagsrum och mindre TV rum som passade bra med stort sällskap som kunde dela upp sig lite efter långa dagar på stranden. Fräscht i badrum, duschrum och kök. Bra, stor kolgrill som passade bra för att laga mat till många. Med tanke på att det är 8 sovplatser så var det svårt med matlagning för övrigt för så många, både vad gäller arbetsytor i köket (man får förbereda maten på ett av matborden) och det fanns bara 2 halvstora kastruller och två stekpannor. Det fanns inte heller någon brödrost som hade varit bra för oss som familj och vi tog för givet att det skulle ingå i fullt utrustat kök. Stort plus ändå för diskmaskin och för vattenkokare. Det var lite trist med ytskikten ute med tanke på veckopriset, med mycket flagnande färg, men helhetsintrycket var ändå bra och det gick väldigt bra att kommunicera med ägarna.
