Cozy cottage near Sandvik Öland Sweden

Cozy cottage of 18 + 18m2 (balcony) that has space for 4 people where there is a sofa bed for two and a bunk bed in the same room. The toilet has an entrance from the outside and at the back there is an outdoor shower that borders nature. Large glazed balcony and small patio with furniture and barbecue. There is also an open balcony at the back with morning sun. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and perculator or coffee press.
Smart TV with Wi-Fi via fiber and air conditioning with AC is available.
The cottage is located in the northern corner of the plot and has a view of the forest meadow. The laundry room is shared with two other cottages, and there is also the possibility of a shower if you do not want to use the outdoor shower. It is walking or cycling distance down to Sandvik where there are several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, beach kiosk and beach below the cozy boat harbor. There is also an Ica store open all year round and the possibility of refueling. From the cottage you can reach many of Öland's attractions such as Raukarna in Byrum, Trollskogen, Neptuniängar, Långe Erik, Bödabukten's lovely sandy beaches or Byxelkrok's cozy shops and restaurants.
It is also close to Borgholm and Solliden castles, Borgholm castle.
There are plenty of activities in the area with several golf courses, paddle courts and go-kart tracks. You also have Lådbilslandet in Löttorp where there are also shops, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants.
There is also good trout fishing from Sandvik and all the way up around Byxelkrok and down to Bödabukten during spring and autumn.

Good to know:
A wood-fired sauna cabin is available for use. Please indicate your interest when booking.
Bicycles are available for rent at Pensionat Haga about 400 meters from the cottage.
Pets are welcome
Final cleaning is optional: 1000:- per stay
Parking 1 space on marked area 10C
Air conditioning is available.
Household electricity and heating are included in the rent.

Rental rules

- This is a quiet area so please respect this by not playing loud music or otherwise disturbing the neighbors.
- The garbage can is shared with two other cottages and is located along the road at 10A and garbage sorting applies.
- Respect a maximum of 20km/h on the road to and from the cottage!
- NOTE! Charging of electric cars or hybrids is NOT included.
