The house is located 2km south of Linköping in a cottage area. Boating area and sandy beach 300 mts. Private location with view over forest and meadow. Rich birds and wildlife (deer, roe deer, and moose may occur). Nicely landscaped garden plot with garden pond. Newly renovated bathroom, smart TV with German channels and Wi-Fi available. Bedroom 3 is the guest cottage. Hot tub and sauna can be rented separately. Nearby you will find Vesterby/Landeryds golf course, nature reserve, castle environments, Östgötaleden (hiking trail) and other scenic surroundings. Minimum booking days are 2 days. Bring sheets and towels.
