Lilla Årsvik

Holiday home 100m from Kalmarsund, in Årsvik, near Degerhamn in southern Öland. Here you live close to nature, the sea to the west and Stora Alvaret to the east. Along the beach, a hiking trail leads towards Sandvik's campsite. From the conservatory you enjoy a fantastic spectacle every evening when the sun sets in the strait.
The house of 75 square meters consists of a kitchen, living room, hall and two bedrooms. Toilet is upstairs and newly built bathroom (2024) with shower is in the basement. Breakfast is preferably taken in the morning sun on the veranda in the east. To the west is the conservatory with infrared heating, openable glass sections facing the small balcony with steps down into the garden. From the garden, a small path between the fields leads down to the beach. The beach consists of pebbles. Bathing goes well with bathing shoes.
The house is also available in spring and autumn.
