Newly built guest cottage with two beds is on the property.

Paths from the property leading out to Alvaret. Bicycle parking to the grocery store, restaurant Kroppkakan and Färjestaden's harbor for swimming, mini golf and fine restaurants.
Fantastic beaches around the island. Nice excursion destinations within a short distance, visit Kalmar Castle, Soliden, the nice summer town of Borgholm or swim in the turquoise water in the limestone quarry in Grönhögen.

Outdoor swimming facilities (beach) – Fatastiska badplatser runt hela ön. Fråga gärna så tipsar vi om våra guldkorn.
Playground – Lekplats finns på promenadavstånd.
Riding – Vi har en ponny som man kan få hälsa på om vi är i närheten. Vi kan också hjälpa till att boka ridturer vid intresse.
