Guest house with sea view - 100 m from the water

Cozy guest house in garden - with furnished, southwest-facing patio with sea view.

100 meters to the water, 300 meters to a small sandy beach and bathing jetty.
500 meters to Trummenäs Pier, where you can take a ferry (Trummenäspendeln) to Karlskrona in 20 minutes.
If you prefer driving to Karlskrona, this also takes 20 minutes.

Walking distance to miniature golf, padel courts and Trummenäs Golf course, which has a restaurant.

The area - consisting of summer houses and villas, farms and a golf course - is great for walking or running.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms. One room with a smaller double bed (140 cm/55 inches wide) and a smaller room with a bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed.

Open plan living room with dining area and kitchen. In the living room there is A/C and a small smart TV.

The kitchen area has a fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave and a coffee maker (no dishwasher).

The bathroom (which is quite small), has a shower, toilet and sink.

The cabin and the interior are somewhat older, but in good condition.

On the patio there is lounge furniture, and also a dining table and chairs and grill (coal).

There is also a main building on the property, where one person lives - my 83-year-old father-in-law.
He is available if needed, but will otherwise offer you privacy. As your host, I am your main contact person.

Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the guest house, but there is the possibility of using a washing machine in the main building (to be agreed in advance). There is a drying rack in the garden.

Sheets and towels are included. We charge a cleaning fee - but guests can also choose to do their own cleaning.

Well trained dogs that do not bark, and are not left alone, are welcome!

The guest house is best suited for adults - couples, singles or 2-3 friends.
