THE CALENDAR IS NOW UPDATED FOR 2026.
During the summer weeks, bookings are only available for full weeks.
For the rest of the year, the accommodation can be rented per day.
No matter when you visit Trosa, it is a gem of Södermanland. There is something to enjoy all year round – whether wrapped in winter charm or dressed in lush summer greenery. Take a stroll along the canal, hop on one of the archipelago boats, enjoy an ice cream at Gelato, or hike along the beautiful Sörmlandsleden trail.
The accommodation
At first glance it looks like a cottage, but it is actually a newly renovated apartment. It is located at the front of our property with its own private entrance and no direct views from others.
The “cottage” offers a fresh, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It consists of two rooms: one room with a double bed (180 cm), dining table, sofa and large TV, and a separate bedroom with a single bed (90 cm). There is also a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
For our youngest guests, we can provide a travel cot, and there is also an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor. Plenty of storage space is available. Bicycles can be stored sheltered from the road, and parking is available on the driveway.
Location
The accommodation is located on a quiet street, with the forest as a close neighbour (the area is an old summer cottage neighbourhood). In the nearby forest you will find an outdoor gym, walking trails and mountain bike tracks.
The cottage is just a 10-minute walk from Trosa’s picturesque town centre. If you prefer a longer and more scenic walk, you can follow the waterfront path, which takes about 20–25 minutes. The Sörmlandsleden trail is just around the corner – perfect for those who enjoy hiking and outdoor life.
Nearby excursions
Trosa and its surroundings offer many wonderful excursions and activities. Visit Trosa harbour and take a walk along the water, or head out into the idyllic archipelago. For those interested in culture and history, Trosa Museum and the beautiful Trosa Church are well worth a visit.
For cycling or hiking enthusiasts, the Sörmlandsleden offers great options, whether you prefer a short or a longer trip. Nearby you will also find several second-hand shops and charming flea market barns for bargain hunters – as well as several lovely swimming spots.
We look forward to welcoming you to our cosy cottage in Trosa!
