Avskild innergård som vetter mot en stor äng och 500 m till vattnet (Djupvik med badbrygga) Wi-Fi finns och en enklare TV som kan anslutas via medhavd dator. 2 sovrum på övervåning med vardera 2 sängar som nås via dörr från utsidan och trappa som är ganska brant. Bäddsoffa med plats för två på bottenvåning. Täcken och kuddar finns att låna. Kodlås ytterdörr. Nyrenoverat badrum i sidobyggnad med dusch och WC. 4 st cyklar. Altan med utemöbler och grill. Uthyres sö-sö. Man städar själv och utrustning finns.
