Långasjönäs, Karlshamn

This cottage is located by the Mieån River, approximately 300 meters north of Lake Långasjön.

On the opposite side of the river (about 50 meters away) lies the Långasjönäs Nature Reserve, offering beautiful scenery and well-marked walking, hiking, and fitness trails.

If you enjoy swimming, you can take a dip in the river just 15 meters from the cottage, or walk approximately 350 meters to the nearest public swimming area. About 1 km away, at Nytorpet by Lake Stora Kroksjön, there is a public sauna with a swimming pier.

The cottage has a living area of 75 m² and includes:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed.
- 2 small bedrooms/sleeping alcoves, each with two beds.
- 1 spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area.
- Kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, small refrigerator, and small freezer.
- Large bathroom with a separate shower and toilet.

The living room is perfect for cozy game nights should the weather be rainy.

Due to the size of the kitchen, the cottage is available for a maximum of 4 guests.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

The following equipment is available for guests:

- One kayak (adult size, larger model).
- One Linder canoe (takes in a small amount of water).
- One SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard).

These need to be carried approximately 15 meters to the river, from where you can paddle through the Mieån River into Lake Långasjön.

The cottage is conveniently located near salmon fishing in Mörrum, as well as freshwater fishing in the Kroksjön lakes and Lake Långasjön. It is also close to the Mörrum Golf Course.

A barbecue grill is available.

- Bookings shorter than 6 days will not be accepted.
- Bookings with check-in and check-out on a Saturday or Sunday will be given priority.
- For bookings longer than 6 days, weekday check-out may be possible.
