Well-renovated and fresh cottage with lovely views of Uppsjön. Very quiet holiday home area with nature, forests and lakes on the doorstep.
Close to the lake, about 200 m to a popular, municipal swimming area with jetty.
Cottage description:
Fresh cottage with a good standard. The house has 4 beds in the house and 2 beds in a guest cottage on the plot.
In the living room there is a wood burning stove, sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, radio and dining area.
The bathroom has a washbasin vanity, toilet and shower corner
Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 double bed respectively.
Large terrace on 3 sides of the house with a view of Uppsjön, the forest and the bathing area. On the terrace there are 2 different dining areas. A smaller terrace with sun loungers is located next to the guest house. On the partially fenced plot there is access to a barbecue, kubb games and SUP board.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, crockery and kitchenware with coffee maker, electric mixer, blender etc.

Pets are allowed in the cabin, but dogs must be kept on a leash on the plot.
Cleaning materials etc are available in the house.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.

The beginning of the Emån flows into the southern part of Uppsjön. There is a popular bird tower. The lake is connected to Sandsjön. Near the shore of Sandsjön and Norra Sandsjö church there is a well-preserved runestone. Ärinvard erected it in memory of six previous generations!.

A small grocery store is about 2.5 km from the cottage.
For more shopping there is cozy Nässjö (25 km) with a large selection of shops. In Eksjö (24 km) there is an older, cozy wooden town. About 40 km from the cottage is Skuru street where the first film about Ronja the Robber's Daughter was partly filmed. You can also pan for gold in Ädelfors (about 47 km).
