Cottage with a quiet and good location in the village of Karlevi five kilometers from Färjestaden. You rent 55 well-planned square meters with a large family room, surrounded by three bedrooms and a toilet with shower. In the common room there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave and dining table as well as a sofa corner with TV. Wifi included. In one of the bedrooms there are two single beds, in the others a single bed in each room. Air source heat pump with cooling available, as well as washing machine.
On the built-in cozy veranda to the west, you can have coffee or a bite to eat. Maybe from the outdoor grill. You take your morning coffee on a patio to the east.
Outside the house there is a large grassy area surrounded by protective hedges for play and also the shade under a bigara tree.
The cottage is next to "landborgen" where a path leads up to a fantastic view of Kalmarsund and sunset. Alvaret is nearby with hiking and cycling trails. The nearest swimming area is at Eriksöre camping, two kilometers from the cottage. Nearby is also Beijershamn nature reserve for bird enthusiasts. The nearest grocery store is in Torslunda.

Pets can be discussed, however smoking indoors is not allowed.
Directions: Take the first exit on the right after Ölandsbron, drive towards Färjestaden and past the harbour. Continue four kilometers and turn left towards the village of Eriksöre. At the intersection, turn right and drive Eriksöre bygata/Karlevi bygata through Eriksöre and Karlevi until you reach Engströms väg on the right. The cabin is yellow with white knots and has a limestone wall facing the road.
Access on Sundays at 14.00 and departure on Sundays at 12.00 during high season. During the low season, the day of entry can be discussed. Final cleaning is done by the tenant and checked by the owner. Alternatively, owners arrange cleaning for a fee. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Price per day during low season: SEK 1,200. At least three days

Jättefin stuga, bra tomt och läge. Lite synd att man inte kan sitta och se ut över kalmar sund i eftermiddagssolen. Om man står upp ser man jättebra. Inne i huset behöver man se över duschutrymmet, där möts man av rätt stark mögellukt och i övriga huset behöver man damma av alla saker. Lite piff så blir det fem *****

Hej! Så tråkigt att du hade negativa upplevelser i vår stuga. När du tog emot stugan var det nydammat.
Jag är medveten om att duschen är gammal men någon mögellukt har aldrig upplevts tidigare.
Den finaste utsikten har du från landborgen, strax ovan stugan. Jag tipsar om den i huspärmen.
