Air-conditioned guest cabin

Welcome to our air-conditioned guest cottage (53 sqm + sleeping loft 7 sqm), a state-of-the-art open-plan holiday home by Slättsjön (swimming/fishing lake) in Vrigstad.

The guest cottage (newly built standard) is located on our villa plot, well separated from view and with a living room, glazed conservatory with infrared heating, sleeping alcove with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds (all with new pocket spring mattresses). Sofa bed with 1-2 beds (one adult or two children).
Shower/WC with ceiling heating and washing machine.
The living room has a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, combi oven with microwave and grill) dining area for 4-6 people. Patio facing south - all with a view of the swimming lake just 60 meters from the cottage.

If you dream of a really cozy, relaxing holiday in beautiful nature and yet not isolated, you have come to the right place. The area is quietly located on the edge of a small new construction area, from where you can take a walk in the nearby forest and in the open landscape with views of the lake. Rowing boat included. If you want to fish (perch and pike) a fishing license is required, which can be purchased online.

At Slättsjöbadet right next door, there are bathing jetties, diving towers, changing rooms, cold water showers, dry toilets, grassy areas for beach volleyball.
There are good cycle paths all around. The community is a nice walk or a 4-minute drive.

Vrigstad Wärdshus (Best Western) serves good food. There are also pizzerias, a well-stocked Hemköps store and a Circle K gas station with various snacks and a convenience store.

The community also has a paddle hall, sports field, modern playground, unique bank museum and Power Athletics Gym, etc.

Vrigstad community is beautifully located between several lakes on the Småland highlands 14 km west of Sävsjö. Within a radius of 60 km are also the cities of Jönköping/Huskvarna, Växjö, Värnamo, Nässjö, Vetlanda, Eksjö.

• Skurugata Nature Reserve Eksjö (54 km) is often called Småland's classic natural monument and consists of an approximately 800 m long gorge. From "Skuruhatt" it takes about an hour to walk through the gorge and back to the parking lot,

• Kleva Mine outside Holsbybrunn (Vetlanda) (49 km) - discover, compete, relax. Here you can: visit the mine, treasure hunt, gold panning, climbing wall, picnic and barbecue, nature walks
