Stuga uthyres 5km norr om Byxelkrok på vägen till fyren Långe Erik. Den har ett sovrum med två sängar, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och en enkelsäng, fullt utrustat kök, dusch och toalett. Stugan ligger avskilt med stor trädgård ca 500 m från Kalmarsund. Utemöbler och kolgrill finns. Det finns fina cykelbanor som bl.a. leder till Byxelkrok, längst neptuni åkrar. I Byxelkrok finns ICA och ett flertal restauranger. Stugan hyres endast ut veckovis, lördag- lördag. Gästen städar innan utcheckning.
