This house, built in 2008, is located on the island of Yxlan, which lies between Furusund and Blidö in the Stockholm archipelago. There are several houses on the plot. It is the large townhouse that is rented out. The home is 110 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, modern kitchen and a larger room with dining table and sofa corner, wc and shower. In the basement there are two guest rooms and wc + shower. Below the house there is a public road and there is a place to park. When you cross the road you come to the beach and the jetty. There is a sauna and outdoor furniture here. The pier is shared with the owners.
