A bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, convertible sofa in the living room, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Furnished patio with dining area. The house has AC for heating and cooling. Terrace with evening sun, hot tub (jacuzzi) and wood-fired sauna.

The house shares the entrance, parking and lot with another house but has a private terrace.
The landlord lives in the main building, but does not stay in this part of the garden when the house is rented.
