Newly built semi-detached house with three rooms and a kitchen, now also a spacious conservatory and two patios in east and west orientation. It is a seaside location in cozy Mörbylånga on southern Öland. Nature is close by with hiking trails along the sea and Alvaret. Rich birdlife with several birdwatching towers in the surroundings. There are also several swimming areas and 200 mts to the sea and pier. Around Mörbylånga there are plenty of barbecue areas with the possibility of wonderful excursions. Good location with walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, café, paddle courts, outdoor gym and bike rental. There are also nice bike and hiking trails in the surroundings. The house was built in 2023 and has all the amenities such as new appliances, fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV with chromecast and barbecue facilities. There is a charging box for an electric car that can be activated after agreement with the landlord. A cot and high chair are available in the accommodation.
NOTE! Cleaning is mandatory and is carried out by a cleaning company at a cost of SEK 1,500 and is paid directly to the landlord before arrival.

Ett otroligt bra boende på alla sätt. Det passade oss perfekt. Rymligt, fräscht, välutrustat, jättebra läge med en kort promenad till havet. Ett gigantiskt stort plus för det nybyggda inglasade rymliga uterummet. Där åt vi alla måltider samt fikade givetvis där också.
Väldigt snabb, bra och tydlig kontakt med uthyrarna. Dessutom mycket bra info som vi fick skickat till oss.

Vi hade en underbar vecka på Öland. Huset är jättefint och bra utrustat. Älskade uterummet. Nära till bad och restaurang.
Jag gav lite lägre betyg på städningen för att i ärlighetens namn så var det inte dammsugat eller våttorkat när vi kom, men jag vill egentligen inte klaga för vi hade det så bra. Vi dammsög själva helt enkelt.
