Cottage on the outskirts of Brokind about 27 km south of Linköping. In the surroundings there is a continuous lake system with opportunities for swimming, fishing, canoeing and boat trips. Next to the cottage there are extensive hiking areas in the forest and oak hills.
The cottage is an 18th century croft with an extension that has been renovated to full modernity and at the same time preserved genuine cottage character. The cottage has 3 rooms and kitchen + dining place, hall and washroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of utensils. The living room has an old fireplace, sofa group and dining table. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. It is possible to temporarily arrange 2 extra beds in the living room. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are available for the beds including 2 extra beds.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the cottage.
The tenant leaves the cottage in a tidy condition.
Rental period weekly from Sunday at 3 pm to following Sunday at 12 noon.

Seasons and price range

5500 SEK/week during high season, week 26 to week 35.
4000 SEK/week at other times.
