Cottage in a high sunny location in an archipelago environment

Very close to Trummenäs golf course about 200m.
No problem to have the car at the cottage with the opportunity to have a cold cooling beer after a round of golf.

Trummenäs beach 10-15min walk and you will reach a nice sandy beach with jetty and playground.

The cottage offers 65 square meters divided into two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen new 2024 and floor in hallway/kitchen/bedroom

Bedroom 1 has a 160 cm continental bed, bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and an 80 cm bed, the bathroom is equipped with a shower corner, toilet, sink and combined washer and dryer 6/4 kg.
The conservatory of 15 square meters is located next to a large patio that extends the summer evenings with lovely evening sun and sunset.
Guest house of 11.5 square meters with room for 4, two in the sofa bed and two people in bunk beds.

The yard is large and sheltered and is well suited for kubb games and other social gatherings.
Trummenäs golf course is a short walk away and there are parking for several cars at the cottage.
