New modern house with a beautiful view

Welcome to rent our part of a newly built (2023) semi-detached house in beautiful Orrliden, located midway between Tandådalen and Hundfjället, which also provides the magnificent view through panoramic windows in the heart of the house, the kitchen and living room in an open plan on the entrance floor.

Here you live next door to beautiful nature, cross-country skiing tracks and Skistar's ski bus (450m). Snowmobile trails pass nearby. During the bare ground period, there are both nice hiking trails and bike trails in Sälenfjällen.

The house has generous windows that let in natural light. From the patio, an optimal sun position and a wonderful view are offered. Enjoy a cup of coffee or something grilled on the charcoal grill that is available to borrow.

Here you live with many amenities on 85 + 25 square meters with 10+1 beds spread over four bedrooms. It is a modern designed house with an open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a wood burning stove and space for social moments. Board games are available to borrow for social moments together after a day out in nature.

On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed 160 cm and plenty of storage in the form of wardrobes and hooks. The second bedroom has a practical family bed 80/120cm with storage under the bed and hooks. The bathroom on this floor is fully tiled and offers a toilet, shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and sauna.

On the upper level there is a living room with a sofa and Samsung Smart TV. There are also two bedrooms with charming slanted ceilings. One bedroom has a double bed 140cm and a desk while the other bedroom has two double beds 140cm. In both bedrooms there are plenty of hooks. The second fully tiled bathroom on this level includes a shower.

Rental periods during high season, week 50–16: Full weeks, Saturday to Saturday.
Rental period during low season, week 17–49: Minimum two nights.

The airport, Scandinavian Mountains Airport, is 11 minutes by car from the house. You can fly to Sälen from several cities around Sweden and Europe, e.g. Stockholm, Malmö, Ängelholm, Copenhagen, London and Amsterdam. Read more about departures at and about transfers here .

Beds: For 10+1 persons divided into four bedrooms. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. A children's travel cot is available to borrow.
Bed linen: Not included. Bring your own bed linen.
Bathroom: 2 bathrooms, one on each floor with shower.
Towels: Not included. Bring your own towels.
Sauna: Yes, with a view of the forest.
Washing machine & dryer: Yes. Use only perfume-free detergent and fabric softener.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, electric whisk and hand mixer. Dining area for up to 11 people. The table can be made larger if necessary. Children's dining chair with food tray, Ikea's antelope, available to borrow.
Living room: a living room with a sofa together with the kitchen on the entrance floor and a living room with a sofa on the upper level.
Outdoor area: Terrace with a good sunny location next to the entrance as well as the kitchen and living room.
TV: Samsung Smart TV in the living room on the upper level. Here you watch TV on demand via streaming services. Log in with your own account on e.g. Netflix, HBO and Viaplay.
Internet: Mobile broadband 5G
Party games: Available for both adults and children.
Toys & books: Available to borrow.
Grill: Charcoal grill with lighter is available as well as grill tongs. Bring your own charcoal.
Storage: Ski storage is available.
Cleaning: During high season, cleaning is included and carried out by a cleaning company. During low season, the tenant carries out cleaning, an extra fee of SEK 1,800 is charged if it is poorly cleaned.
Parking: 2 parking spaces belong to the house
Age limit: All people in the accommodation, including the person who has booked, must be 23 years old. Does not apply to children accompanied by a guardian.
