Detached house on a forest plot with panoramic windows facing a bird lake and meadow. Terrace around the house, approximately 100 m2. Open floor plan with integrated kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV room. The plot is a natural site with changes in elevation and therefore less suitable for unsupervised young children or individuals with mobility disabilities.
No smoking or pets allowed.
Free parking for two cars on the premises.

Bedroom 1: bunk bed with 140 cm + 90 cm wide beds for three persons.
Bedroom 2: bunk bed with two 90 cm wide beds for two persons.
Bedroom 3: double bed, 160 cm wide for two persons.
A high chair and portable crib can be arranged if desired.
The bedrooms do not have doors; instead, curtains are used during night.
The sleeping places have mattresses, pillows, and duvets. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are brought by guests.

The kitchen is also equipped with a coffee maker and toaster. There is no microwave.

The front porch is furnished with seating, a grill, and a large rustic dining table.
The back porch, with a pergola, can be furnished with freestanding wicker furniture.

Close to a popular bathing spot and several golf courses in Järna, Nykvarn, Mariefred, and Strängnäs.
