coastal and cozy guest cottage Relax in this cozy cottage at the edge of the forest, close to the pier, swimming and Stockholm city! The house is located high with a south-facing balcony.

This simple and homely guest cottage is located in Hästängsudd, north of the capital, close to the coast. Between Vaxholm and Åkersberga.

The cottage shares a plot with the homeowner who lives in the larger house in front. You can park easily and free of charge on the property. The bus stop is just below the plot boundary so it is easy to get into Stockholm.

The cottage offers two rooms. Entrance, kitchen with dining area for 3 people and a bedroom.

In the bedroom there are 2 80cm beds, 1 extra mattress, some cabinets and a TV. The cottage offers wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle and a fridge with freezer. Next to the rooms is a fully tiled shower with sink and a toilet.

Private terrace with table, chairs and charcoal grill.

Close to local grocery store Svinninge Handel Tempo and restaurant L'osteria cavallo nero. Skåvsjöholm Hotel is open thursdsy-sunday summer 2025. Runö meetings and events may also be worth checking out before your stay.

Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning and restoring the property to its original condition. Alternatively, a cleaning fee of SEK 750 will be charged, booked and payed in advance befor key is handed.
