We have equipped the hall with 2 wall chairs for taking off/putting on boots. 1 in adult height, 1 in child height.
There are also plenty of shelves, hooks and compartments for storing boots, helmets, gloves and hats and glasses to keep order when there are many of you at the same time.
To the right of the hall is a toilet, shower and drying room.
There is comfortable underfloor heating in the hall and toilet.

Inside the hall is a dining area/kitchen equipped with a waffle iron, toast iron, electric whisk, stick blender, toaster, blender and household utensils for 14 people. Of course there is both a dishwasher and a microwave.

In the extension of the kitchen is the TV/comfort area where there is a spacious 3-4 person sofa (sofa bed 160) and 2 armchairs in front of the swiveling 50" TV

Directly in front is the exit to the balcony where 5 people can bask in the sun looking straight out over the hill 30m away.

From the TV area you enter the sleeping area. Straight ahead there is spacious storage for many at the same time.
On the left is "Bedroom 1". Double bed downstairs with room for 2 adults plus 1 small child, all depending on the family situation.
Above is a proper bunk bed.
"Bedroom 2" is mirrored. All the same No. 1. Both rooms have TV sets with 10 or so channels. An included Chromecast further increases the possibilities for especially the younger ones to lie down and cuddle :)

In the corridor outside the apartment there is a separate men's/women's sauna with associated relaxation areas, warm and pleasant after the day's skiing. Washing machine can be booked via reception.

The center is 50 meters away.
Here is a swimming pool/Spa, gym, bowling, ski shop, restaurant etc. Grocery store is 100m away. There is also charging for electric cars here.

The house was built in the middle of the 80s and is considered by many to be a residence with STÖTEN'S ABSOLUTE BEST LOCATION with 50-100m distance to everything you need. This in SWEDEN'S BEST SKI RESORT 2021/22. Regardless of whether you want self-catering or eat at one of the restaurants available.

Skiing.
With 3 generations of skiers, we have found the OPTIMAL SHOCK. Everyone is satisfied. From SÄLEN's longest green slope "MORMORS STÖRTLOPP for the beginner to ÄLVAN, which was voted Sweden's best piste. Here is freeride's statement about Stöten.

Regarding cleaning, there are 2 options.

1. Book departure cleaning in connection with
reservation. Departure no later than Saturday 10.00.
Cost 990.- Not possible on Sundays)
2. Pay a cleaning deposit of SEK 2,000
recovered after inspection. Departure at the latest
12.00 on the day of departure.
