This little house (60 sqm) with a large natural garden is situated on top of the hill with sunlight from early morning to late night and a glimpse of the sea between the pines. The house is surrounded with a 45 square meters terass in the south and consists of a glaze-in porch, a living room with dining table and an open fireplace (Wi-Fi), a working kitchen (oven, dish-washer, washer, refrigerator, microwave, cockware), a bedroom (bed 160 cm), two small loft bedrooms (4 beds), and a small bathroom with WC, sink and shower. The house has just been renovated internally and is now ready to rent.
150 meters to bathing cliffs. 900 m to a children's bath with a kiosk and a small sand beach. 800 meters to the bus station. 25 minutes by car and 35 minutes by bus to Stockholm City and 15 minutes by car to really nice restaurants, harbours, golf, tracking, a local centre for groceries etc.
