Lovely new built guesthouse in fantastic environment. Rural and quiet surroundings. The jetty is only shared with landlord. You are free to use the canoe with 2 lifewests. Nice walks in the forrest/meadows just behind the house. Many nice excursions nearby. Sandhamn, Grinda, Vaxholm and so on. 45 minutes by bar to Stockholm city. Bus stop 200 meters from house.

Seasons and price range

Price per week from 6000 SEK

Price per week to 9500 SEK

Compulsory fee for bed linen and towels SEK 500:- up on arrival.
Final cleaning can be ordered SEK550:- (please inform house owner before arrival if you would like to order that).
Mandantory deposit SEK 1.000:- is paid at arrival. Will be returned by departure when house is left in agreed conditions.
High season: Sek 9.500/ week. During low season possibility to rent shorter or longer period than a week.

Vi hade en väldigt skön och lugn vistelse i stuga. Fräscht och nytt med bra utrymmen och skön säng. Lugnt och skönt läge med bara några hundar meter ner till egna bryggan. Väldigt trevlig värdinna som har koll men samtidigt gav oss total privacy i stugan. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks!
