Modern holiday house with private jetty by the sea

Red holiday house with white corners with modern villa standard. The house is in a conservation area with a large (3,000m²) lush garden by Västervik, a beautiful archipelago. From the plot it is about 150 mts to the sea and the archipelago. Down by the sea you have your own private jetty/veranda with a dining area for barbecues, dining, sunbathing and swimming. This part of the archipelago is located within the conservation area and is totally isolated from the outside world.
On the ground plot there are three different verandas with garden furniture to catch the sunlight during the hours of the day. From one veranda you can see the sea between the trees. The plot is made for children’s games. There are large open lawn areas to run and play at, one large trampoline, trees to climb and cliffs to jump on.
There is also a wooden heated sauna with large glass partitions.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six persons. Bathroom with shower, combined washing machine/tumble drier and WC.
Living room with an open fireplace and TV with Chromecast and free access to Wi-Fi.
The house has three bedrooms. One lager with a double bed and two smaller, one has a single bed and the other has a bunk bed.

By car from the house it takes about 5 minutes, or a walk of 20 minutes to a swimming beach by a freshwater lake with an ice cream kiosk, diving tower, and WC which is looked after by Västerviks stad.
To the summer town Västervik you can easily reach by car in about 15 - 20 minutes. There is a golf course, water land, boathouses, shopping, spa bath, possibilities to with public transportation visit several of Västervik´s beautiful archipelago islands.
