Here is the opportunity as I rent out a lovely cottage on a large lakeside property with a private jetty.

Four bedrooms with a total of 6 - 8 berths.
***N.B.! Best suited for a maximum of 6 adults or 5-6 adults with 2-3 children***

Bedroom 1: Double bed 180cm
Bedroom 2: Single bed 90cm with bed drawer underneath (80cm) for an extra bed.
Bedroom 3: Entrance from outside. A 120cm wide bed.
Bedroom 4: Entrance from outside. A family bunk bed. 120cm below with spring mattress and 90cm above.
Good mattress pads in all beds.
There is also the possibility of sleeping on a 90cm or 120cm wide mattress on the floor.
There is a travel cot for a small child.

Living room with 4 comfortable sofas and fireplace with cassette. There is also a TV.

Large dining room with a wood-burning stove and space for 10 people to sit and eat. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic unbroken view of the lake.

From the room there are doors to two lovely balconies. There is outdoor furniture and a large barbecue.

Small working kitchen with everything you need. Dishwasher and microwave available.
Coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Electric stove, blender and waffle iron.
Good set of different types of glasses and plates.

Fresh bathroom with shower and toilet. Hairdryer available.
Basement with washing machine.

The plot is very large with plenty of space to play, play football and more.
Jetty to swim from, but also the possibility to walk along the shore.
Sommen is a nice and deep lake with clean water.
There are also two public swimming areas nearby

Hammock
Lots of different toys and games

We have an additional cottage that can be rented if you want to be two families here together. It is located just a few meters diagonally above this cottage. It is the yellow cottage in the pictures. Ad: #34315

Coop Österbymo: 23 min by car
Ydregården: 22 min by car. Good food and mini golf
Restaurant Torpön: 37 min by car. Good food and good ice cream.
Tranås Golf Club: 38 min by car. Very good food at the restaurant.

There are many nice sights and viewpoints nearby. Some examples are:
Torpön's ferry location with nature room and high-altitude track.
The steamer Boxholm II
Ydregården
Ydre Motor Museum
Emigrant Museum in Asby

During winter you can also ski in Asby backe.
About 1 hour drive to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World.

Rönnäs is a relaxing place to be. You come here to get energy, socialize and enjoy the surroundings.

Rental rules
For rent to adults over 25 years and families with children.
Adult dogs are welcome. The requirement is that they do not bite or urinate inside.
No smoking indoors. You may smoke outdoors if you pick up all cigarette butts.

You clean and leave the cottage as you rented it.

I want personal contact with the person responsible for renting the cottage. Then we can agree on a time to meet for check-in.

N.B.! We take a deposit of SEK 1,500. If everything is in order in the house after your stay, you will get your money back.
