Charming cottage

Welcome to a newly renovated cottage from 1850 in Grödinge, about 40 km south of Stockholm and about 20km southeast of Södertälje.
Here you have all the amenities needed for a nice holiday. The cottage is about 60 square meters on 2 floors and is located on the owner's farm with privacy hedges and bushes around.
Ground floor: kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and soapstone stove. Living room with 2-bed sofa, TV and wifi. Toilet, shower and washing machine.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds respectively.
Patio facing west.
Gravel roads in the immediate area for walking or jogging in the forest.
About 200m to the bus stop (727).
Bathing area (Sandviken) in the Baltic Sea approx 7km, Brotorpsbadet i Vårsta or in Lake Getaren (Lida Open Air Area) approx. 10km.
Botkyrka golf club approx. 7km (towards Vårsta).
The nearest grocery store is in Vårsta about 10 km and a larger range of shops in Tumba about 15 km.
Several lunch restaurants can be found in the area, for example Eldtomta Cafe&Butik (approx. 1.5 km) and Klockargårdens Våffleri (approx. 4.5 km).

To rent weekly with check-in on Saturdays at 14:00 (and check-out at 12:00).

Sheets and towels are included.
The guest is responsible for cleaning the cottage before check-out.
Substandard cleaning is charged.
Damages that occur are compensated for by the guest.
