I staid one week with my wife and daughter. The house is beautiful and located in a green and quiet neighbourhood. There is enough to do in and around Stockholm. Even for more than a week.

With a family of 5, we spent 9 days in the beautiful Granbacka villa and had a wonderful stay. The villa is newly renovated, spaceous and well equipped. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. With the metro, which is about 10 minutes walk, you can easily reach Stockholm center. In Sundbyberg center (15 minutes walk), you find a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. We could manage everything without a car. Great communication with the host, who was very helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Vi hade en fantastisk helg i huset som ligger i ett väldigt mysigt område med naturnära känsla trots att det ligger så nära stan. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och enkel att kommunicera med. Han var väldigt kommunikativ både inför avresa och var även tillgänglig för frågor under vistelsen.

We (5 adults) spent about 9 really nice days in Granbacka.
The house has character and is spacious, luminous, clean, has well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The metro connection to Stockholm centrum is excellent. There is a very large supermarket (COOP) nearby (3 minutes by car).
Communication with the landlord went smoothly.
Things that could be better clarified in the ad, we think:
- The ad says: 'Totalt 6 sängar. 1 dubbelsäng och 4 enkelsängar som kan flyttas ihop som dubbelsängar', but in fact there are 2 + 2 + 1 = 5 beds.
- Between the main bedroom and the one with a single bed there is no door, so no privacy - this little 'bedroom' is perfect for little children. Adults have to improvise here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious and well equipped and our host was very responsive and helpful. The villa is located in a quiet, leafy part of town about 10 minutes from the metro. The area is peaceful but with good amenities including a lovely lake and park with a playground. We really enjoyed exploring Stockholm and had a fabulous time. We would definitely recommend.
