Large terrace facing the sea for relaxing moments!

Has all the amenities for the slightly larger family. The house is located 100 meters from the Eastern Saxarfjärden. Has a nice view for, among other things, magical sunsets. Located about 1 hour from Stockholm. More pictures can be sent if interested. The house of about 190 square meters is on two floors. Two bathrooms, a separate toilet and has a large terrace of over 50 square meters facing the water for relaxation with a large seating area and dining area for nice barbecue evenings.
There are a total of 10-11 beds: In the main house three bedrooms with double beds in each and one extra bed in a comfortable sofa,. A fresh guesthouse with four beds, one double bed and two 80 cm beds with a wall and door between the rooms.
In Linanäs there is a small marina with two restaurants and a small shop for additional purchases and an ice cream shop. Nice swimming areas, with both sandy beaches and rocky cliffs. All within walking distance of the house!
At Ljusterö square there is a grocery store called TEMPO, restaurant, pizzeria, Thai trolley, Cheese&Deli.
Väsby Golf has an 18-hole golf course and a good restaurant as well as paddle courts. At Laggarsviks sports field there are tennis and paddle courts, an outdoor gym, tables tennis, a boules court and a soccer field.. There are many nature trails for pleasant walks. In the northern part of Ljusterö is Östra Lagnö Nature Reserve, a unique nature experience with the tranquility of the horizon, the birds and the bare rocks.
You can get to Ljusterö by car all the way to the house, from Östanå Färjeläge (ferry) you take the carferry with your car ferry, it takes about 6 minutes. Alternatively, by archipelago boat with Waxholmsbolaget from Strömkajen, Stockholm City or Waxholm. Bus 626 from the station Danderyds sjukhus (hospital), all the way to the house.
