House in lovely Hemmeslöv.
Walk or cycle to the beach in a few minutes. Cozy Båstad with a harbor / shopping / entertainment life is a short bike ride away. The proximity to Halmstad, Höganäs and not least the entire Bjäre Peninsula with all excursion destinations means that there are lots to do when you have had enough of beach life. To Båstad's new station it is about 1km, which makes it easy for you who arrive by train.

The house has a cozy outdoor room, a large lovely patio, roof terrace, large parking and large garden.
The house has a personal touch with recycled materials.

Two bedrooms with double bed on the ground floor.
One bedroom with 1 x 80cm wide bed + 1 x 120cm wide bed upstairs.
One bedroom with 1 x 90cm wide bed + 1 x 120cm wide bed.

Large kitchen and TV room on the ground floor.
2 toilets, one with shower and one with washing machine and dryer.
Some wear and tear and private areas are present.

Wi-Fi available (unstable).

Check-in 15:00 and check-out 11:00. Changeover is on Saturdays.

Final cleaning is done by the tenant.
Sheets and towels are provided by the guest.

September–December 2026: SEK 15,000 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

January–May 2027: SEK 15,000 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

June–August 2027: SEK 22,000 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.

September–December 2027: SEK 15,000 per week, plus the cost of electricity consumed during the stay.
