Charming cottage in Skummeslövsstrand

A charming, fresh cottage in southern Skummeslövsstrand, just outside Båstad. Located about 300 meters from the sea in a quiet area close to a beautiful pine forest (nature reserve) and within walking distance of the Skummeslöv town center, which offers a grocery store and several restaurants. The cottage features a spacious living area with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. Bathroom/shower with a washing machine. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds—plus a separate guest cabin (approx. 10 m²) with two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

3 km to Båstad train station, as well as a large supermarket and McDonald's in Mellbystrand.

Approx. 7 km to Båstad by car, or about 4 km via the beach path.
Non-smoking. Changeover day is Sunday (check-in at 15:00 / check-out at 12:00).
Bicycles and various summer items—including toys, a barbecue, etc.—are available for use.
Duvets and pillows are provided; please bring your own bed linen and bath towels. The cottage is primarily available for weekly rentals during weeks 24–34; shorter stays are possible by special arrangement. Please note that the house is located in a quiet area; parties are not permitted. If you would like us to handle the cleaning, an additional fee of 1,500 SEK applies.
