Timber cottage with a fantastic view over the slopes with ski in and ski out.

The cottage has an open planning between the kitchen area and the living room. Ceiling height of 6 mts which offer lovely space. The cottage is of 85m² with 3
bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, cosy corner together with a sauna. In the cottage there are eight berths, and everything is of high standard, and decorated in a Scandinavian style. From the cottage it's just to step outside onto the Hundfjället´s ski system.

The kitchen area
A spacious dining area with room for up to 8 persons (6+2), dishwasher,
convection oven, micro, stovetop, fridge/freezer.

Living room
Fireplace heating stove, smart TV 55 inches, sofa and armchair.
In the hallway there us a drying cabinet and a ski boot warmer.

Ground floor,
1 bathroom with a WC, shower, washing machine/tumble drier, sauna for 6 persons.
Bedroom 1, family bed 120cm on the bottom bunk and 80cm on the upper bunk.

First floor,
1 bathroom with WC and shower.
Bedroom 2, one bunk bed 90+90cm plus 1 family bed with a wider bottom bunk
120cm and the upper 80cm wide
Bedroom 3, Double bed 180cm.
All-purpose room: smart TV 32 inches, 2 bean bags.

Other. Ski storage in connection to the cottage, parking space outside,
large patio, and balcony. Access to a highchair.

Distance to transport lift: The cottage is located in the middle of the slope, and it's just to step outside to the ski system of Hundfjället.

Available weeks.

Checking in and out on Saturdays due to less traffic to and from the cottage
and less people on the slope on Sundays.
