Björkvik Ingarö. Close to beach and nature reserve

Architect-designed cottage in the archipelago with proximity to Ingarö's best beaches and wonderful Björnö nature reserve. The house has a high standard and, despite its small size, all the functions needed for a comfortable stay; a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and wc, a large sleeping loft with a double bed and a family room with 2 Futon beds. The family room is open to the roof with large windows and beautiful light. Balcony door from the family room out to the balcony at an angle.

The cottage is located in a holiday home area on a beautiful garden plot. The main building where the pleasant owner couple lives is quite close, but still with some seclusion and private sphere by the cottage. The guests have their own entrance via a gate at the end of the plot. There is also a trampoline to borrow for children.

Next to the cabin is an orangery with a pool and sauna and a fireplace. This can be booked directly with the host, who then heats the pool to the desired temperature. Price from SEK 700/2 hours depending on the desired bath temperature. NOTE must be pre-ordered as it takes 1-2 days to heat the pool.

From the houses you have close walking distance to Ingarö's beautiful sea bath with both cliffs and a wonderful 800 m long sandy beach. Björkvik on Ingarö with the nature reserve Björnöhalvön is known as one of the archipelago's most beautiful places. Björnöreservatet has hiking trails, snorkel trails and kayak rental (Kajakeriet) with fantastic paddling water.
Bistro Björkvik's popular beach service and restaurant is also within walking distance from the cottage. There is also a kayakomat. Tennis courts and a simpler football pitch are available in the area.

Within close driving distance are many popular excursion destinations such as the Artipelag art museum, Säby Gård Säteri and the main town Gustavsberg's harbor area with cultural centers, restaurants and cafes.
For those looking for sporting activities, there is, among other things, Ingarö golf (36 holes). In Gustavsberg you can find ex. tennis, paddle, trampoline and a bathhouse with adventure pool, gym and SPA department. Adjacent to the bathhouse is an adventure playground.

A perfect small cabin for those who want to experience the archipelago with swimming and outdoor life and at the same time have a wide range of activities and excursion destinations in the surroundings. It is easy to travel to Stockholm to experience the pulse of the big city.
Good bus connection to Stockholm as well as to Gustavsberg and the center with grocery store at Ingarö. Bus stop is near the house (50 m).

Ingarö has a bridge connection with the mainland. About 40 km/ 30 minutes drive to Stockholm.
