Nicely and carefully decorated house with lovely patios and a large garden plot. Ideal for a family with 2 children. Close walking distance to a sandy beach, jetties and a playground on grass. In the area there is a large selection of pleasant walking and cycling paths, forest paths close to the beach, hiking trails, meadow to play football on and several bathing areas. On adjacent Saltarö there is a summer kiosk, café and place for take away food. There are also tennis courts.

There are predominantly holiday homes, some cottages are converted into year-round villas. However, the holiday home feeling remains in the area with large plots and winding gravel roads.
By car you reach within a short distance a wide range of pleasant excursion destinations and activities to suit all ages. Also many popular summer restaurants, such as Bullandö krog which has serving on the pier at the large marina.

The house is very stylish and airy with a modern open floor plan and high ceilings.
The spatious living room with lovely light from windows in the ridge has an open floor plan with dining area, comfy sofa group, armchair and a smart TV.

One bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with a 120 cm bed + an 80 cm bed.

There are two nice patios, large furnished terrace at the front and a smaller one at the back with dining area and barbecue all surrounded by a lovely garden.

The house also includes the family's nice cat. It lives in its own shed with a hatch.
There is a cat sitter who can take care of and feed, but the owner prefers that the tenants think that Morris is a pleasing feature and may also want to get a little involved with this. It is used to children, kind and a little shy.
