Nice and neat all year around house close to sea

With the archipelago and the forest around the corner you will find our fresh and fully equipped one-story house of 70 m2 built in 2009.
The house has two large wooden decks with plenty of seating.

Inside there is a light and airy combined kitchen and living room, a fresh bathroom with laundry and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a family bunk bed, 120 and 90 cm.

The plot of 1,700 m2 provides space for games, football and other fun on the large grassy area.
About 500 meters from the house, there is an associated private small sandy beach and grass area that provides bathing opportunities at a shallow sandy bottom.

Cleaning upon departure is included in the price. Bed linen and towels, but not beach towels, are for hire for 150SEK/person.

Only 600 meters away is the well-maintained Kuggeboda bathing area, a small gem with a shallow sandy beach, toilet, jetty and swimming raft.
About 3 km to the south is the lovely nature reserve Lindö udde with a hiking trail and great bird watching opportunities. At the same distance in the other direction is Torkö quarry, a spectacular swimming lake lined with lovely cliffs to jump from. Here is also Ronneby camping with lots of summer activities.
In the entire area and along the Blekinge coast, there are very good fishing opportunities.
