House from 1978 renovated and refreshed in 2021 and 2022. The location is quiet and peaceful with a convenient distance to grocery store and a tavern by the sea. Bathrobe distance to swimming, less than 400m to the lake and 800m to the sea. Well equipped with a wood burning stove and many amenities.
The house 80M² including storage and partially glazed porch has a ceiling height of 2.3 m with a welcoming hall and good space for outerwear and shoes. Bedroom 1 with double bed 180cm, bedside tables, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds 90cm, wardrobe and bench for storage. Bathroom with laundry commode, wc and shower cubicle with glass walls.
The kitchen is equipped with most of what is needed for 4 people plus a few guests, including stove with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, etc.
Large cabin with a dining area for at least six people and a beautiful pine floor, a Jötul wood stove, a bed sofa, an armchair, a table, a storage bench and a smart TV with Chromecast. The large cabin has large windows with a view of the road below. There you can sit and watch people passing by on their way to and from the bath, which is about 400m away.
Adjacent to the large cabin is the veranda, which is partially glazed. There are tables and seating, perfect for breakfast and cozy evenings, also with infrared heating for cool evenings. There is also a door to the storage room for storing bags and other bulky items you don't want inside the house.
The property is a large hilly plot of approx. 4700 M² with a garden section with a flat surface for games and play and with space for getting together with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area.
On the plot's highest point 49m above sea level with a nice view of Torpasjön, you can also see a section of Hårsfjärden and there is also a picnic bench for cozy evenings at sunset.
Sandells Livs can be found approx. 1.7 km away with fine fresh produce, which is also an agent for Systembolaget and a pharmacy. It's a nice walk to get there along Lake Torpasjön.
In the other direction, less than 1.6 km walking distance, is Muskö Sjökrog with all the nice things that go with it. On the walk to and from the pub, you pass over the beautiful Muskö canal.
Muskö belongs to what is usually called the middle archipelago because Hårsfjärden lies between Muskö and the mainland. This means that during most of the summer you can watch the clouds over the mainland from your own clear blue sky.
It is a living island with several service industries in addition to those mentioned above such as Skarpa Gårdsbutik, Ludvigsbergs Herrgård and Arbottna Herrgård.
More lovely baths are available, Torpasjön at bathrobe distance and Nässelviken's marina, Källviksudd child-friendly with a small sandy beach, Bruket with nice rock baths. In the house there are maps to the various locations. Feel free to check out [musköpunktnu] See the link in the ad!
Muskö forms its own small archipelago with excellent conditions for boat trips, paddling and cycling around to various places on the island. We offer small motorboats, kayaks and electric bicycles for rent.
The house is within walking distance of approx. 500 m to the SL bus stop with a commuter train connection from Ösmo station in total approx. 1h 35 min to the T-central (Stockholm citycore). If there is no queue, you drive by car on road 73 (motorway) to Globen in about 45 minutes.
