A nice house of 109 2m in the beautiful south coast with approx. 400 m to a lovely sandy beach. The house is located only 5 minutes’ drive from Bedinge Golf course, mini golf, paddle courts, restaurants and grocery store.
You have approximately 400m to and a restaurant (2:a Sandbanken), ice cream bar and tennis courts. Nice cycle path along the entire south coast. Good bus connection to Trelleborg and Ystad.
The house has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, 140cm, in the large living room.
Outdoor room with dining area for 6-8 people.
In the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, stove, etc., there is a dining area for 4-6 people. The kitchen and bathroom is newly renovated.

The house also has a utility room with a washing machine. Wi-Fi via fiber is included.
Apple TV, Bluetooth speaker, globe grill, two sunbeds.

Bring your own bedding (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase), towels and bath towels. You clean the house before your departure.

Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1,250:-

Weekly rental with exchange day Sunday, arrival at the earliest 15:00 and departure no later than 11:00.

Electricity for charging an electric car is not included in the rent. Normal consumption of electricity is included in the rent.

Perfect vacation house. Just a short walk to the beach, and located centrally for a drive to Malmö, Lund, Foteviken, Trelleborg, Ystad, Glimmingehus and Simrishamn. Also a great region for cycling around. The house itself is clean, with a new kitchen and bathroom. The living room is well suited for a lazy evening, and there's an annex to the house with large windows that warms up easily and is ideal for sitting in the sun even on colder days. Inger is a very friendly host. She takes an effort to explain everything on arrival and is available for questions during the stay. All in all it was a great place to stay for our first time in Sweden, and we'd love to come back.
