This house is situated between the coast-side paradises of Östhammar and Öregrund, just 350 meters from the seaside. A big garden with plenty of space for relaxation and play. No immediate neighbours - very private and cozy. The nearest neighbours are about 100m away and out of sight.

The house is 55 square meters: two bedrooms, a big living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed; the other one a bunk bed and possibility to add an extra bed.

The bathroom is rather simplistic. For environmental protection purposes, a composting toilet of the modern indoor type. No indoor shower/bath but possibility to shower outdoors in the garden (solar heated - weather dependent).

Östhammar is only 10 minutes away by car; Öregrund 15 minutes. 1.5 kilometers from the house you find a family-friendly sand beach. The local Saturday flea market is famous - or you can make excursions to the close-by archipelago or the historical manufacturing sites along the coast. We also have some kayaks for rent.

Pets are very welcome!

Jättefin och bra utrustad sportstuga, ostört läge och mysiga omgivningar. Mycket hjälpsam uthyrare och vänligt mottagande. Enkelt att ha med hund. Vi fick en fin påskhelg!
