House with lake location by Dalbybeach

The house is located individually with beautiful sea views at Dalbystrand on Vikbolandet. The house is located high on a hilly plot with beautiful sea views, about 100 meters from the Slätbaken bay. The house is 100 square meters, fully equipped, and also has a glazed porch, a nice garden, and a patio with garden furniture and a grill. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

On the ground level, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with one bed, and a toilet and shower. The other areas have an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two beds, a toilet, and a smaller living room. There are also 2 beds in a newly renovated adjacent guest cottage.

The house also includes a private jetty (which on rare occasions may be used by the landlord) and access to a private rowboat. If you want to bring your own motorboat, we can arrange a berth at the dock or buoy and help you with putting in and taking out the boat.
For those who can swim, it is possible to swim directly from the dock, even though the lake bottom is not inviting. Otherwise, we recommend that you visit our beautiful beach, which is located about 300 meters from the cottage, about a 5-10 minute walk through the pasture.
