Cozy cottage only 5 minutes from the sea for family or friends with a large plot that invites to cozy barbecue evenings and games of blocks. The cottage has all amenities such as a shower with WC and washing machine. two separate bedrooms and a loft with a sofa bed. On the plot there is also the "barn" with plenty of storage and a long table for late summer evenings. There is also a playground for the smallest children on the street.

Lush mature garden with trees, shrubs and a private lilac hedge and sunny position to the rear. There is of course a grill and a large dining table.

Lovely location with proximity to the sea, beaches and nature reserves. Skrea Strand and Ringsegård, which are nearby, offer sandy beaches and salty sea bathing. For the active there is the possibility of surfing and Falkenberg's golf course nearby. Nearby is the popular pizzeria Lilla Napoli, Skrea cheese, the popular restaurants Prostens Pizza and Skrea matbruk, as well as Laxbutiken. Falkenberg with its range of grocery stores, services and restaurants is a short drive away. Good commuting location with proximity to access to E6.
Nearby is also Slöinge with the popular Sia ice cream and Solhaga stone oven bakery, Gudmundsgården's cured meat delicacies and Mostorps Gården's meat and charcuterie, which offers local and organic products.

Grymt fint boende, även för den långa 😊 2 vuxna & 2 barn trivdes jättebra och kunde njuta utav årets semester. Med bil så når man allt man behöver och vill inom 10min radie utan problem. Rekommenderas varmt.

We stayed here for 4 nights a loved this cozy place. Really nice space in good location close to the beach and charming Falkenberg. We even had a deer visiting the garden one morning. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required, even a microwave oven is available. Sadly, we could not make use of the large garden and phenomenal BBQ due to bad weather. We would happily return one day!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i detta lilla mysiga hus, underbart med den gamla stilen men i ljusa och mysiga färger. Fick en trevlig välkomstpresent när vi kom och huset var bland det mysigaste vi mött. Rent och fint och somrigt. Vi var 2 barn och 2 vuxna och det fanns tillräckligt med plats för att inte gå på varandra :) Kvällarna har spenderats både i trädgård och vid köksbordet med olika spel. Baksidan hade möbler placerade för att få skuggan eller solen vid matdags och plats för både kubb och fotboll. Nära med bil till både strand, affärer eller olika utflykter. Har man med sig cykel tar man sig till strand eller affär snabbt också eller om man vill få in dagspromenaden så kan man låta det få gå lite längre tid i promenadväg. Stugan hade allt som behövdes och vi har inte saknat något. Vi alla i familjen rekommenderar absolut denna stuga :)
