Cozy, well equipped house located in beautiful Köpingsvik, Öland. The house has several social areas and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard (facing east) hosts a private patio with lounge furniture and protection from the sun. In front of the house (facing west) is another patio where one can enjoy the evening sun whilst cooking dinner on the gas BBQ. The property is secured by a picket fence, so your little ones can run around safely.

The kitchen is spacious with a big kitchen island and dining area. Appliances include full sized fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven and dish washer. The house is also equipped with washing machine and dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms hosting a total of 9 beds. 1bathroom with shower and 1 smaller toilet are also located in the house.

Take a walk in to the centre of Borgholm (3km) for shopping and restaurants. About 300 meters from the house is a small and quiet family friendly beach. About 600 metres from the house is another beach, Köpingebaden, with restaurant, after beach entertainment and rental canoes and stand-up paddle boards.

Vi är supernöjda med läget. Vill man inte gå till Borgholm kan vi rekommendera lokala taxibolaget Anna-Lena. Huset var rymligt och välutrustat. Trevlig trädgård. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hus som vi har härliga minnen från. Vi var 6 vuxna och 4 barn, inga problem med plats. Skönt med en bra stuga då vädrets makter inte var med oss.
