Welcome to our holiday home "Den lilla Husaren" in Staby!

Staby is a small, very Swedish picture book village in the immediate vicinity of Högsby, located in a
beautiful nature. Our holiday home is lovingly furnished and is only a few minutes away from the fish-rich lake Stora Sinnern, a popular fishing river.


Our small villa is equipped with:
Free WiFi (fiber optic), TV, induction hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,
Bath / WC, 2 bedrooms, kitchen / living and dining room, a working oven for perfect comfort and a large sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor have a double bed and in the living room there is the option of pulling out a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people.
The car can be parked on 1019sqm of completed property, and there is space to play, sunbathe, and rehearse.

The immediate area invites you to wonderful walks with a Bullerby feeling, farms, forests, pastures and the beautiful Swedish nature make the experience perfect.

In Högsby there is a good infrastructure for daily needs:
Doctors, banks, Coop, ICA, pharmacy, system house, petrol stations - everything can be easily reached in a few minutes.

There are numerous excursion destinations for the whole family within a radius of 100km:
The Kingdom of Crystal, Orrefors, Kosta (with numerous outlets and a great spa!), Vimmerby, Lönneberga, the Astrid Lindgren World, elk parks, the spectacular Aboda Klint nature park (in which there are -bathing opportunities- even a winter sports route with lift!) is 15km away from the house ... but also the university town of Växjö. the "greenest city in Europe", Oskarshamn, with its ferry port and a wonderful promenade as well as the pulsating Västervik, no longer an insider tip, invite you to go on excursions.

For a swim in the sea you have free choice, in half an hour you can reach the beaches and bathing rocks of the archipelago ... and the beautiful island of Öland is only 80 km away, Kalmar with its picturesque architecture can be reached in 70 km.

Our holiday homes are located on an unpaved road through the village, and although there are neighboring houses, you are largely undisturbed and can enjoy your first coffee in the morning on the small veranda in front of the front door, empty the taps and let your mind drift.
