The house is 93 sqm and one of the few houses in the area with a balcony. The house has three bedrooms with six beds.

On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with access to the patio. Tiled bathroom with shower and washer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with access to a balcony, toilet with bath.

On the furnished patio there is outdoor furniture and barbecue.

A short walk away is Ekerum Golf Resort where restaurants and cafes are located. Ekerum Resort also has paddle, tennis courts and a SPA. There are also opportunities to rent bicycles and mountain bikes.

From the house it is about 300 meters to the sea with a jetty to swim from. Along the beach there are nice walking paths and in the evening you can experience fantastic sunsets from the beach.

A few hundred meters away along the beach is Ekerum's campsite with a large beach, playgrounds, pool, mini golf course, restaurant and supermarket.
