The house is well suited for the large family or two families and has nine beds with the possibility of extra beds. It has two toilets, one with a bathtube/shower. The house has four bedrooms: No. 1 with double bed 160 cm and a single bed, No. 2 with double bed 160 cm, No. 3 with double bed 180 cm and No. 4 with two single beds. The kitchen has a stove with hob, microwave, dishwasher and fireplace.
Ten minutes by car to the nearest communities (Ronneby or Bräkne-Hoby) with grocery stores etc. and a mile to the sea. Within around 30 minutes drive, the whole of Blekinge and parts of Småland's range are available: the archipelago, lakes, forest and outdoor life, sea swimming, golf, the world heritage city of Karlskrona, the theater city of Karlshamn and Småland's glass kingdom.
