A small and cozy cottage situated right on the forest and close to the sea. Great for hanging out on the terass and going to the beach.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine.
The house has a 11kW car charger
The house sleeps four people: 2x90 cm bunk bed + double bed
The annex sleeps three people: it has a single and a double bed combined
Guests bring their own bed linen and towels etc.
Cleaning os done by the guests upon checkout
2 cars can park on the premises. It takes 25 min from Stockholm by car or 1 hour with train/bus.
In the area within a few minutes by foot you find cafe, restaurant, and supermarket.
Check-in from 3PM on the arrival date, and check-out is until 11 when leaving.

Vi hade en jättefin vistelse i stugan och kände oss direkt som hemma. Det var rent, välordnat och välutrustat. Ett extra stort plus för att det fanns leksaker och barnvänliga detaljer – vår nästan tvåårige dotter trivdes verkligen och hade fullt upp med att leka! Perfekt både för oss vuxna och för barnfamiljer. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We passed one summer week in Thomas and Pamelas nice cottage. It had everything especially for our children to pass nice days outdoors and indoors. Very cosy cottage and good location to be reached also nicely by public transportation. Arsta Havsvad is not a huge community, but we liked the beach restaurant with small but good price/value offer!
