Wonderful cottage by the sea with spa

A gem on the shores of Bråviken. Now you have found the right one. Book a fully equipped cottage with all amenities just 50 m from a nice little sandy beach and if you do not want to swim in the sea there is always the swimspa. Here you can exercise in warm water and bubble under the stars.

The grill is ready for you. Enjoy a quick dinner when you admire the fantastic view out towards Bråviken and beyond the Arkösund archipelago. Grocery store is in Östra Husby from Lönö about 20 minutes

Swim in the sea, bubble in the spa, enjoy a fire, sunbathe on the balconies that are in all directions, all this is for you. If you want to exercise , put out the ping pong table and play a match or something more quiet like playing Kubb. There is something for all tastes.

The cottage is located in a quiet holiday home area on the peninsula Lönö. Be mindful of the neighbours, so they not is disturbed. The house is perfect for two families with children. If you want to party every evening I recommend that you find another house.

The house is 100 sqm plus loft so here you do not need to be crowded on a rainy day. Beds are available in six rooms. One room with double bed and three single rooms. In the attic there are 3 beds and two mattresses on the raised floor, perfect for the kids. A small guest house accommodate two beds.

The area consists of 84 houses with lots of green areas. You can walk mostly along the water if you like to go out for a walk. There are two sandy beaches one just in front of the house with shallow water perfect for the youngest children. On the other side of the holiday home area, just to the left of the large harbor, there are baths from rocks and a jetty. There is also a large football pitch in the area.

If you want to buy really good ice cream with you, you should visit Sänkdalen's ice cream, which is almost on the way out to the cottage.

If you want to see something different for a day, take an excursion to Arkösund, eat at one of the restaurants there or play a game of mini golf. From here, several tour boats also go out into the archipelago. Söderköping is also a must for a day trip. Stroll along the canal and eat at the very popular ice cream restaurant Smultronstället. You can count on some waiting time to get a table during the summer, but it's worth it! To Kolmården it is about 1 hour if you take the ferry across Bråviken, which is also worth a visit. In Norrköping and everything that is there in the form of summer activities and restaurants it is 45 minutes.

House rules and info, which you undertake to follow when booking:
-Renting to young people without the presence of a parent is done exceptionally, if younger people wish to rent, please contact the host directly before booking.
-We take off our outer shoes indoors.
-Plastic glass is used in the outdoor spa
-Soups are thrown into black bins before leaving the house. Garbage sorting is offered.
-Guest washes the dishes and empties the dishwasher and puts in the cupboards.
-The house is left prepared as you found it when you arrived.
-No smoking on balconies outdoors or indoors is permitted.
-Be very considerate of neighbors so that everyone has a quiet and peaceful holiday.
- Spa may be used until 10 pm, after that it must be quiet in consideration of the neighbours. The nearest neighbor has his bedroom 7 meters from the spa. Spa closed between 15 Oct and 15 April. The small spa part can be put on request for an extra charge.
-Mandatory cleaning is added with SEK 995
-CCTV is there to prevent burglary and vandalism
