The cottage of 40 sqm is located near Hagbyån 25 km southwest of Kalmar center. One bedroom with double bed and a loft with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen corner has two hotplates, a refrigerator and a microwave. For hot summer days, there is powerful AC.

The cottage is equipped with wifi via fiber 100 mb / sec. Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant.

On the plot there is outdoor furniture and barbecue. In the barn you will find a basketball hoop at match height, perfect for a little one-on-one game.

2 km to lovely swimming area in Hagbyån from where Kalmar takes its drinking water, 20 km to Vita Sands sea bath, 25 km to historic Kalmar with its fantastic castle and 27 km to the bridge over to Öland. Glasriket with its 13 glassworks and cabins is a nice day trip.

11/6 - 13/8 4.000 kr/week, max 4 guests
13 - 20/8 (ironman) 6.000 kr, max 4 guests
20/8 - 3/9 4.000 kr/week, max 4 guests

The standard arrangement is for the guests to clean. Cleaning equipment is available.
We only rent out whole weeks. Sunday is cabin changing day.

Jag och min man har bott i många mindre stugor, men aldrig i en som hade så välplanerade ytor och genomtänkt inredning. Den känns rymligare än sina 40kvm. Allt är renoverat så att stugan bevarar sin gamla charm, samtidigt som allt är fräscht, allt fungerar och ser snyggt och vilsamt ut. Stugan ser ännu finare i verkligheten än på bilderna! Jättetrevliga värdparet Jan och Kirsi tog emot oss med stor värme och med humor :) Vi kände oss välkomna att ställa frågor eller be om tips på utflykter, björnbärsställen och så vidare -- samtidigt som vi lämnades ifred och kunde röra oss helt fritt. Tack för en underbar vistelse!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Häuschen von Jan und seiner Frau. Das Häuschen hat für uns 4 ausreichend Platz geboten und ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Jan und seiner Frau sins sehr nett unf haben uns wertvolle und praktische Tipps für Ausflüge zu schönen Orten. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und liegt sehr ländlich. Das bedeutet das man die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!!! Tobias, Mariana und die Kinder aus Bielefeld
